Grant Windle has spent over 40 years as a pastor, during which he has led and pioneered six churches across INC, C3, and ACC networks. In 2009, he passed the leadership of his church, plus a multi-million-dollar debt free building to his son, Ben Windle.
With his wife of 45 years, Cheryl, they launched a ministry to assist pastors and churches around the world. The next several years were spent traveling and living in the United States. A highlight of this seven year period was working under Pastor Erwin McManus of Mosaic in Los Angeles for a year as volunteer Pastors. Another highlight was spending a few months at Andrae Crouch’s (8-time Grammy winner) church in Los Angeles helping them in a leadership capacity.
Grant is the author of two books, ‘The Jesus Life’, and his recent book, ‘He Counted Them’ for Pastors and Leaders.
He holds a Bachelor of Ministry and is pursuing a qualification as a Pastoral Supervisor. Since 1992 Grant has also been an accredited DISC profiler with ‘People Keys’ in the USA. Grant’s diverse talents are matched by his passion for mentoring and personal coaching, particularly for the next generation of leaders. His commitment to faith, creativity, and leadership development marks him as a multifaceted and influential figure in both religious and artistic circles.
